Team Around the Family(TAF) provision is being offered in Conwy. The service is currently available in family centres in Abergele and Llanrwst. It’s now being extended to other areas of Conwy. It sets out to offer one stop information, support (including access to a family support worker) and guidance so that Conwy residents can make more informed choices. TAF offers provision relating to disability, mental health, assistance for carers, alcohol /substance misuse and much more.
